Halloween

Heather and myself at the Trunk or Treat. The Monk and the Gypsie.

Brendan and Peyton at the trunk or treat. The 2 Pirates. I left work early so I could take the kids trick or treating downtown. I decided that there were too many people and we would just have fun at home. Rosy was fire and I think she looks the part.

They decided to put leaves on the trampoline and jump around.

The pumpkin that we all helped to carve. They told me what to do and I attempted to do it.

Rosy and Brendan decided to make a pumpkin of their own. I was tired of the carving so it was fine by me.
A day at the office. The day is still young but I am trying to put some things on here. This is my friend Stephanie and myself. We both work at UVU. She helped me get my costume.

I am supposed to be a monk.

This is the before school picture. Brendan is a pirate. He is excited for halloween.

Hanging in St.George

We went to St. George (Oct. 24,25) so Lance could play in a softball tournament with his cousins and brothers. We stayed in a hotel and of course, had to do a lot of swimming. The three amigos. Brendan thinks he is as big as his brothers.

We decided that Brock might be allergic to the chlorine. His eyes were swollen and red and hurt. Our solution...googles.

Russell was trying to catch a little sun on his white little body.

They get along most of the time. I like these pictures becasue they all look so nice. Too bad looks can be deceiving:)

Just Brock goofing off.

Russell is having a serious swim.
Last year in the tournament Lance's team took 2nd place. They played well this year but finished early. It is fun to have an excuse to see family and friends. Lance took the boys out with Chace and Aubry and I went and visited with Michelle.

They kept jumping off the side all together. Brendan even took off his floaties. He can swim but not for as long as he thinks he can. We had a lot fun.

Saying Goodbye to Lesa

I know this picture isn't that great, but it is the only one I have of Lesa and the boys. She took them out to a movie and dinner before she headed back to Saudi Arabia. She also smashed the front of her car and said she was going to blame Russell. He does get a learning permit after his birthday in November. When did I get old enough to have a child that can drive? I also think that Brock is smiling.

Crazy Boys

We were going through the cupboards and found Brendan's old eye patches. Russell and Brock thought they would see what it was like wearing a patch.
Luckily Russell crawled into the room so he wouldn't fall down. I guess he didn't trust me to lead him anywhere. He thought it would be funny to cover both eyes.

Weekend In Jackson Hole, Wyoming

Brendan's First Soccer Experience

This is how Brock entertains himself at Brendan's soccer games....plays on the playground equipment.

Brendan is the one in red running. He is #9. He wanted to try soccer and see how he would do.
He was told to play defender and not to move until the ball came to him. I think he did a great job.
Patiently waiting....
He got the ball for a minute and tried to score.

Brendan did a great job playing soccer. He needs to work on being more aggressive. I guess he needs to play like they are all his brothers on the field and then he would be kicking everyone.

St. George with Aunt Lesa

Steve came and played around with the boys. He can throw them a lot farther then I can. We were at a hotel in St.George Aug. 23. We had a fun weekend with Lesa, Steve and the boys. We all wish Lesa didn't live in Saudi Arabia and could see her more often.
Brendan thought he was cool sitting in the hot tub.
I am beginning if Brock ever smiles in pictures. He has a cute smile and one day I will have a picture to prove it.
Trying to show their Uncle Steve how to climb wet rocks.
It isn't as easy as it looks to swim with "floaty's" on.

Brendan had a lot of fun swimming at the hotel in St. George
The boys thought they could dunk me, but fortunately I can still take them all on and win.
Brock with straight hair and another happy face.
Russell is going out for Mr. GQ
I think they were trying to fight in the water. Lesa and I had chicken fights with the boys and it was a blast. I think I laughed so hard that I couldn't hold on to Russell.

Back to School

Brock was so excited to start his first day of Junior High.
Russell was excited to be part of the ninth grade this year.
Just posing for another picture for their mom. It is so nice to have boys that are so excited about getting their picture taken.
Brendan started first grade. I can't believe my baby is in school all day.
School started on Aug. 20. Brendan is hanging in front of Cherry Creek with his friend Rome. Brendan's teacher is Mrs. Braithwaite. He loves going to school all day and is adjusting to eating school lunch.

Lagoon

The boys and I had a lot of fun at Lagoon with Uncle Chace & Aubry. Brendan went on every ride that he was big enough to go on. The Spider scared him a bit and his favorite ride was the Wild Mouse.

Haircut Time

We decided to have the boys hair cut. Russell wasn't happy but he survived. The first picture is the before and the pile here at the bottom is mostly from Brock. We cut off all his curls. Luckily it was at the beginning of summer so they had time for their hair to grow back.
